Mardi Moore received her law degree from University of Colorado School of Law in1997. She received her Bachelors degree with honors in Philosophy and Classic Studies in Missouri in 1987, after a year of study abroad in Oxford, England, then studied for a PhD in Philosophy at the University of Colorado before completing her studies in Law.

Ms. Moore is a member of the Colorado Bar Association's Trust and Estates Section, Elder Law Section, and Small Practice Section, and also belongs to the Boulder County Bar Association. She has conducted workshops on estate planning, woman's legal issues, family matters, and guardianships and conservatorships for disabled adults.

Ms. Moore's community involvement includes volunteering with Family Promise of Greater Denver, Cleo Parker Robinson Dance, The Delores Project, Boulder County Aids Project, Boulder County Legal Services, and Nu-World Contemporary Danse Theatre. She sings in a jazz band and the church choir, practices yoga, and loves to dance.
